Wixford Grange is a lodge park with a 10 month holiday park license. Many holiday lodges are now built to Residential specification BS3632 which provides holiday lodge owners peace of mind that the home is crafted to the highest standard. Purchasing a lodge on a holiday park for permanent residential use is not encouraged, and great care should be taken before any final decisions are made. You will be required to supply written proof of your full time address at the time of purchase to ensure there are no breaches to our site rules.
